Speaking with Enterprise Holdings AVP of European Talent Development, Jill Boone

Ahead of our upcoming Inspired Workplace Summit, we sat down with one of our speakers, Assistant Vice President of European Talent Development at Enterprise Holdings, Jill Boone, to discuss her career to date and the insights she’ll be sharing at this highly anticipated upcoming event. 

Jill is passionate about training and development and particularly, embedding values of diversity and inclusion in employee and leadership development in order to create diverse and, therefore, stronger teams. 

Jill discusses the challenges she and her team faced during the Covid-19 pandemic, having to re-write the rule book on engaging employees with training and development through online means rather than face to face interactions and the surprising opportunities that came with the change. Maintaining the highest standards of training while creating a fun and immersive  environment and culture for learning is one of her greatest challenges but also achievements. 

Jill also gives us a little insight into what she’ll be discussing at the upcoming Inspired Workplace Summit including why leadership is important, redefining and developing leadership “programmes” and more.
